These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Vouchers purchased.
Vouchers are redeemable against a single Relaxation Massage, the content of which is described on the website www.hands-on-horses.net. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the Date Issued. The voucher cannot be exchanged for an equivalent cash value.
Hands on Horses covers West Reading and the surrounding area within a radius of 20km. Travel costs are included within this area. Outside this area travel costs will be added @45p per mile. See the website for further details and please check at time of booking.
On booking you will be asked if your horse has had any recent medical issues. If this is the case then you may be asked to attain veterinary approval before the massage can take place. Hands on Horses reserve the right to withold massage if, upon arrival, the horse is found to be in an unfit state to receive it. This may include lameness, aggressive behaviour and other indications of ill-health. If this occurs then a future session may be re-arranged, within the valid period of the voucher, once veterinary approval is received and/or the issues are resolved.
